Arrange and coordinate business meetings, conferences, teleconferences with internal staff, partners, clients and/or government entities. 2. Arrange and coordinate all business or personal travel: itineraries, accommodation, ground transportation, visas (where necessary), activities, etc. 3. Preparation and review of expense reports, verify expense documentation and submit to accounting for payment. 4. Arrange and coordinate internal meetings and events inside or outside the office. Budgeting, general logistics (venue, lodging, ground transportation, group dinners, group activities), audio/visual setup, refreshments, note taking, post meeting follow up. 5. Review operating practices and procedures to determine whether improvements can be made in different areas. 6. Assist with special projects and day-to-day tasks and/or office needs. 7. Administrative management of the cellphone contract and the AMEX corporate cards system. 8. Receive and interact with incoming visitors. 9. Liaise with internal staff at all levels and with external vendors. 10. Active participation in arranging occupational well-being activities. Leader of the Emergency Response Team and the organization of its activities and training. Part of the Social Responsibility Committee and the planning of its activities. 11.
