Nov. 2017 - Dec. 2020Mexico City, Mexico• Assist in planning, developing and establishing policies and goals consistent with organizational objectives. • Develop procedures and policies regarding climate change management, sustainable mobility, Energy Efficiency, Renewable Energies, and EnMS Projects focus on the race to reach net-zero emissions by 2050. • Serve as the key point of contact for external auditors, including the adoption of audit recommendations and SAT regulation changes.
• Supervise risk evaluation and management processes, including the development of risk mitigation strategies for the overall organization.
• Negotiate joint ventures projects (S317 Consulting, Envidatec GmbH), and agreements with suppliers (Fluke, IBM Envizi, Schneider AVEVA). • Conduct both Sustainable Economic Development (renewable energies and energy efficiency), and Environmental Protection Projects -IBD, World Bank Group, UNDP, Nafin, GIZ-German Agency for International Cooperation.
• Manage, and communicate social responsibility strategy and model, including signature programs, CSR reports such as GRI, annual report, ongoing initiatives, and key performance indicators (KPIs). • Maximize opportunities to generate revenue, profit, and sustainable growth while develop and implement engagement strategies on political, regulatory, and media fronts, establishing Iniciativa Energia as a credible partner in regulatory policy development.
