Jan. 2025Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico- I led the launch of the ThyroidPrint® genetic test and its integration into the Tiroi-k® service, managing a cross-functional team under a Task Force model to achieve quarterly strategic objectives in communication, sales, expansion, and operations, aligned with the Board of Directors' vision. - I developed and implemented strategies to increase patient engagement in Tiroi-k®, strengthening relationships with treating physicians and establishing direct patient contact models. - I designed and guided the professional development plan for a coordinator, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Responsibilities: - Lead the identification, evaluation, and recommendation of new services and products for introduction into the Mexican, Latin American, and U.S. markets. Drive and support the commercialization of these services and products. - Develop medical publications and provide scientific support to showcase the value and innovation of the services and products. - Establish and strengthen strategic professional relationships with international, national, and regional key opinion leaders in diagnostic and therapeutic intervention.
