I work with women who look successful on the outside and feel quietly exhausted, anxious, or disconnected on the inside. Most of the women I support are high-achieving professionals, entrepreneurs, or helpers who have spent years over-functioning in relationships, marriages, or family systems that required them to be small, silent, or endlessly accommodating. They’re not weak. They’re not broken. They’re highly capable women whose nervous systems learned survival early. My work sits at the intersection of trauma psychology, nervous-system regulation, identity repair, and real-world application. I don’t do hype, endless processing, or surface-level mindset work. I get to the core quickly, name what’s actually happening, and help women create internal safety so real change becomes possible. Professionally, I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor and Certified Trauma Model Therapist. I consult, teach, and work 1:1 with clients globally, helping them move out of survival mode and into grounded self-trust, clarity, and freedom.
