Key Achievements: • Developed and led successful marketing campaigns for high-profile clients including Mercedes Benz, Jeep, Prime Minister of Sri Lanka - Ranil Wickramasinghe, HNB, FairFirst, Enfamama, Enfagrow, Sustagen, LOLC, Rich Life and Ceylon Biscuits. • Implemented monthly content calendars in order to enable team members to plan ahead and ensure the effective monitoring of consumer engagement, resulting in improved relationships with retained clients. • Developed innovative solutions and creative briefs in order to digitalise artworks and creative concepts, and provided guidance to art directors and designers, ensuring alignment with client campaign goals and overall brand strategy, resulting in increased client satisfaction and time savings due to a shortened approval process, plus improved ROI. • Led and won client pitches for FairFirst, Tiara, and Hutch, and responsible for winning the digital element of a multi-faceted pitch to Atlas.
