Aug. 2009 - Dec. 2009· Prepare reports on a regular basis, in coordination with the Programming Head, that include; o Daily agent productivity reports o Agent and Team Verifications Reports o Fresh Leads, Call Backs and Verification quantities per agent o Report on Used leads per agent and per team · Assist Accounting Department in reconciling invoices due for collection from the outsourcing principal. · Liaise, through and with the Managing Director, with outsourcing principals with regards but not limited to campaign details and reports. · Recommend process improvements to Management with end-in-view maximizing call center capacity and revenue potentials. · Oversee Reliever Team that acts as back up for call backs and filler for agent absences · Assist Managing Director in recruitment, training, and monitoring of new agents, seeing to it that minimum skill qualifications for the campaign are met. · Attend to other Administrative and Operational matters that may be assigned by the Managing Director and/or the President.
