Leading a high-performing team of (10) internal talent acquisition professionals, I oversaw recruitment and vendor strategies across North America, Europe, and APAC, with a strong focus on consulting, corporate, and executive-level hiring. Additionally, I led RGP's Professional Search practice and the (4) search professionals aligned to that go-to-market revenue stream. I acted as a strategic partner to executive leadership and business unit heads to align talent acquisition and workforce planning with the firm’s growth objectives. Additionally, we ensured a consistent and inclusive candidate experience while strengthening our employer brand in a competitive, everchanging global market. *Building and managing a high-impact global TA team focused on consultative hiring and candidate engagement
*Managing a high performing professional search team to drive search revenue, across retained, committed, and contingent search engagements.
* Driving diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives throughout the hiring lifecycle
* Collaborating with HR, Talent Management, and Business Leaders to maximize our employer value proposition, forecast talent needs and pipeline future capabilities
* Optimizing talent acquisition operations, including ATS systems, recruitment marketing, and data-driven insights
* Championing employer branding and talent market positioning
