• I improved and specified the commercial agreements with luxury restaurants, hotels, convention centers, sports clubs and self-service chains.
• I carried out the strategic plan of the company's business and the marketing of the various products and services nationwide.
• I handled the entire relationship with the different retail chains in Mexico such as Wal*Mart, Chedraui, Soriana, Commercial Mexicana for the placement of products.
• I transformed and modernized the strategic plans to increase our participation in the different modular chains.
• I raised business profitability with an increase in the Client portfolio from 5 to 24 Clients in 1 year.
• I diversified the business units from 2 to 5. Results:
• I augmented the business by 36% during the 5 years I was in charge of the business.
• I renegotiated the commercial conditions with the chains, increasing the profitability of the business by 7%.
• I reduced service complaints by 82% in just 3 months, thanks to the implementation of new policies, evaluation of services and improvement in the forecast of each of the chains and services offered.
• I grew up in the different modular ones, especially Wal*Mart, by 22%.
