Aug. 2021 - Oct. 2025The role consists of but not limited to, the product owner, administration and support of a Fraud Analyst system that monitors transactions for fraudulent activity based on an AI model. The application ran in AWS and on prem. I automated many tasks required by the administrator. This involved Terraform, Ansible, python, and other tools in AWS. I managed and trained a team of administrators for the application. I completed documentation and audits for PCI 4.0 and SOX2. As the product owner, I had to manage vulnerabilities, compliance issues, and delegate work to other administrators on the team.
