May. 2002 - May. 2005Sisli, Istanbul• Direct report to Client Services Director. • Orchestrating diverse teams from multiple disciplines in the agency (account, creative, planning, production, PR, Interactive, Digital) towards developing effective holistic marketing programs. • Expertise in implementing above mentioned channels to classical media mix for innovative and effective 360˚ brand communication planning for major network clients. • Local & global clients managed: Procter&Gamble (ALO, Rejoice, Wella, Max Factor, Orkid), Kellogg’s, Sanofi- Aventis (10 sub-brands), Diageo (Johnnie Walker, J&B etc), Kelebek Furniture, Pimapen, Ariston, Evyap, Vileda, Beyaz Nokta (social responsibility project). • In charge of all ATL & BTL activities of the brands above. • Coordination of communication and full involvement on all daily tasks between the creative team and the client such as briefing, debriefing and presentation of creative works. • Managing regional agency and local client relations of global brands. • Full involvement in studying the research findings and using these findings to better brief the creative team and make improvements on the creative works according to post-tests. • Organizing all production costs and budgeting. • Contribution in preparing communication plans on a quarterly and yearly basis (both strategically and in tactical terms) • Preparation of action plan in line with the communication plan and execution.
