Communicate and meet with partners to gather information about investment opportunities; collect/distribute payments; author important client documents; schedule meetings with clients for the investment team. 2. Participate in a variety of tasks associated with lead sourcing, due diligence, contract development, and consulting services. Participate and support the fund’s efforts at every step of client-relationships. In addition, monitoring all current investments and ensuring they are growing and performing in accordance with the set targets. 3. Maintain accurate accounting records for all financial transactions of the fund in Uganda. This includes: client transactions, expense reports, etc. Also draft monthly and quarterly reports of the accounting records for Uganda. 4. System Development: Help create and shape strong systems for administration and finance for optimal effectiveness and efficiency. 5. Other Operations: Help with a variety of additional operations, legal, marketing, accounting, and administrative activities to assist in the development of the organization.
