Ultima Asia Network's clients are mostly well-known FMCG companies, such as Unilever, Kraft Heinz, Frisian Flag Indonesia and etc. My responsibilities are including but not limited to providing advice regarding all legal matters to related departments and/or the CFO and CEO; assisting Ultima Asia Network to obtain brand certificates from Directorate General of Intellectual Property; preparing all commercial contracts from initial project brief to signing process (almost all of the contracts focusing on IP ownership); monitoring the implementation of commercial contracts; conducting research and producing legal advice in relation with copyrights and trademarks; negotiating with both local and international stakeholders related upon the execution of the commercial contracts; conducting LDD related to tender preparation and its implementation.
