Apr. 2015 - Aug. 2021Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia• Strategize, led and drive the Lean Six Sigma (LSS) programme for all Global HR Services (GHRS) employees by establishing a GHRS Quality Roadmap, which details a five-year plan and targets for coordinating LSS training sessions, project identification, project coaching, examinations, and certification processes, in order to support each unit in managing its own process improvement initiatives. • Led efforts to inculcate the quality improvement mindset throughout GHRS by mandating participation in Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt trainings, encompassing the 5 Quality Principles (5QP), 5S, and the Agile Scrum Framework. Team leads and managers are required to complete LSS Green Belt training, execute improvement projects as part of their certification process, and subsequently advance to Black Belt training and certification. • Led, design and facilitate continuous improvement workshops using LSS tools to drive and support process improvement initiatives across Group HRM departments, with the objective of enhancing end user experience, optimising costs, improving service quality, productivity, and Process Cycle Efficiency (PCE). • Led the establishment of governance & compliance control mechanisms, including the GHRS Governance Framework, GHRS functional check-list, self-assessment checklist, pre-audit compliance check, ensuring compliance to laws and statutory regulations. • Led and drive governance and compliance initiatives, pre-audit compliance check, implement post-audit intervention plans, responsible for the Audit Report and Management Response and ensured on-time QASR submissions to drive timely closure of audit action items.
