This assessment served as a pre-evaluation of the PLI Group’s existing HR systems to inform strategic planning for Oracle HCM system implementation across the organization. • Led the development of a comprehensive, end-to-end solution for the integration of TPCP assessment result into MyCareerX Talent Profile and Talent Dashboard through close collaboration with technical experts from GT&C and Oracle. Throughout this process, I challenged the limitations of the Oracle system and provided innovative approaches to meet user requirements.
