Lead Business Analyst
BAE Systems Applied IntelligenceLead Business Analyst
Jun. 2015 - Jun. 2017Gloucester, United KingdomFrom project initiation through to final release I deliver as a Lead BA ensuring a successful project. Stakeholder identification and interaction, elicitation, and ratification of requirements, acting scrum master, complete sprint management from review through to retrospective. Management of JIRA using Epic, Story, task hierarchy with pointed stories and a tracked velocity. This has been my core role; however business development and career mentoring has been another successful part of my project involvement. Recent feedback includes: "Stuart really has been an integral part of the X project, offering vital technical, design and usability expertise as well as helping out in other areas of the project that you wouldn’t necessarily think fell into his remit. As a new member to the team, I couldn’t tell whether Stuart was a member of staff at the X or BAE – this shows that he’s embedded himself in the project and is a testament to his knowledge, skills and communication – all of which he delivers with professionalism and approachability." "Genuinely, the project benefits hugely with his involvement and speaking from a personal viewpoint, he’s helped me greatly to feel a part of the project, transferring his technical knowledge and supporting me greatly – thanks Stu, you’ve been really supportive and a pleasure to work with and I’m looking forward to the next phases of the project, which I hope you remain a part of."
