Accomplishment: - Was in-charge the overall operations for content production needs for Ruangguru Application, working closely within cross-functional teams: content production, business operations, product & creative - Established monitoring and controlling system for SD, SMK & UTBK projects and achieved the target by 150% - Collaborated and coordinated with K-12 team to align content standart - Was in charge of the SMK Master Teacher team members' growth and development - Maintained project documentation and course folders for delivery flow & quality assurance - Ensured content materials meet the National Curriculum Requirements & Ruangguru digital learning standard - Established new or refine existing operational processes related to content to improve overall operations in terms of speed, quality, efficiency and flexibility - Analyzed the performance and perform continuous improvement activities - Conducted competitor benchmarking on content quality on a regular basis - Received the CHIEF Award in Q4 2021 during the SEA Townhall which represents Ruangguru values (Collaborative, Human-centric, Introspective, Entrepreneurial, and Fun).
