Responsible for the commercial aspect of communication campaigns, media consultancy and sales (B2B and B2C); presentation meetings and negotiations with clients and prospect clients (Government officials and top-ranking executives of biggest local/international companies) on a regular basis. Projects carried out in Morocco, Syria, Turkey, U.A.E. and Azerbaijan for medias such as USA Today and The Wall Street Journal. - Assisting the Project Director in developing a market profile - Scheduling personal meetings & interviews with top-level executives and government officials - Preparing personalized presentations for a wide variety of clients, operating in different economic sectors in each country - Preparing customized sales pitches for prospects from a wide array of companies and government institutions in each country - Conducting a large number of top-level meeting accross all sectors of the local economy - Following up with prospects/interviewees and their teams to close deals and get editorial materials approved - Defining the project strategy along with the Project Director and HQ and executing on the field during several months - In regular and direct contact with Management & HQ departments such as editorial, sales & finance - Organizing office and coordinating logistics (administration, managing support staff, budget, travels, agenda, etc.) - Maintaining relations with PR & events partners
