I developed a comprehensive M&E Framework, including M&E themes, objectives, and KPIs, methods for achieving objectives, measurement, and assessment of outcomes, timelines, ownership, tools required, and budget. I defined the structure, data collection frequency, and data collection methodology for the M&E framework indicators, and developed policies and procedures to govern its application. Moreover, as a consultant, I supported organizations in developing an M&E strategy, including robust MEAL plans, IPTT, and log frames, capacity building, mentoring of program staff and clients’ staff on MEAL processes and protocols, documenting program results and impacts through publication of high-quality M&E reports and outreach materials, and providing M&E technical support to the institution's staff through mentoring, training, and coaching to ensure a high performing team.
