• Excellent use of GotoAssist incident reporting and resolution web app to aid with pulling metrics on daily incidents per user in the entire organization with details on how incidents and request are managed till resolution.
• Successfully scheduled and implemented routine status checks and maintenance on presentation equipment at a 1200 seater Conference Auditorium and Break-out (meeting) rooms, to mitigate equipment downtime during functions/events, ensuring equipment efficiency at 100%.
• Delivered Tech-support using Crestron Airmedia AM100 and other applicable Audio-Visual equipment for wireless presentation in a 1200 capacity conference center based on client requests, which includes media projection to adjoining break-out (meeting) rooms of 70-seater capacity.
