It is life and health you are dealing with, they were high prices, you must do anything within possible to help. Along this process, I had to be very careful with the information, every single detail has to be documented so we can assure the effectiveness of the process. Humana was concerned about their customers and I was motivated by the principles they had, some of them were; to provided access to health care and take care of the logistics to decrease time communication statement for a medical procedure, I felt somehow that I was useful to meet that goal and I also had the willing to help and meet my personal expectations.
