Barbra Mkala is a certified Corporate Trainer & a dynamic Business professional who has led the Marketing & Business Development teams at various Media, financial and FMCG organizations with over a decade of experience in strategic growth and brand innovation, She has successfully spearheaded BDS Training programs for MSEA (government agency) to develop entrepreneurship skills across the country for youth and cooperatives. Other training opportunities have been at KTB on Business innovation skills, , Krones Limited on Customer Care and Brand Management at Kinangoo Dairy amongst others. Barbra holds a degree from Moi University, a post graduate from the Chartered institute of Marketing and is a certified Trainer by International Labour Organization in SIYB & Digital Training. She is passionate about leveraging data-driven strategies to drive business success. Outside of work, she enjoys mentoring young entrepreneurs and travelling.
