May. 2016 - Mar. 2017Al - Gharafa-Interacting with customers, stakeholders, B2B, and B2C via the company’s social media accounts - Working with marketing professionals to develop social media marketing campaigns - Analyzing the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements - Provide engaging text, image, and video content for all social media and professional accounts - Respond to customers in a timely manner - Monitor, track, and report on feedback and online reviews - Organize and manage events to boost brand awareness - Managing the social media department and distributing assignments to social media managers, content creators, creative teams, and other departments, depending on their availability and priorities - Manage detailed schedules and deadlines for various projects and teams - Meet with clients to learn more about new approved project details and give progress updates on existing projects. - Monitor projects and workloads, adjusting assignments and deadlines - Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities - Coordinate with Marketing, PR, and Communications teams - Manage and develop the quality of the community management / social media management deliverables such as content, objectives, reports, and or creatives.
