I must ensure all candidate Portfolio’s are always readily available for scrutineering by my company directors or business partners if requested, while ensuring all legally required paperwork is completed, filled and handover to the relevant business offices by set deadlines each week to remain compliant. My main duties and responsibilities within my role include ● Maintaining candidate, Manager, Business partner relationships are maintained at all times ● Working to strict guidelines to remain compliant at all times ● Working to strict financial targets as set by the government ● Paper based and online administration is updated daily ● Online reporting completed daily ● Legal documents are handled, processed, Filed and disposed of adhering to GDPR rules
