Managed the initial meetings and subsequent communication throughout the deal process. • Performed review procedures on the historical financial information as part of the due diligence with a focus on the existence and accuracy of sales, retail listings in place and the existence and costing of inventory Divestiture • Prepared and presented on the tax efficiency of various deal structuring alternatives for the shareholders of the group. • Assisted in the preliminary deal-making discussions with the purchasers. • Prepared DCF and earnings multiple financial models in order to place values on the individual companies for the purposes of price negotiation • Assisted in the oversight of the preparation of the various sale agreements and the deal negotiations in conjunction with our attorneys. • Prepared financial information packs to be provided to the purchasers in support of their due diligence processes
