Sep. 2020 - May. 2023Jakarta, IndonesiaResponsibilities: ▪ Interact with sales, partners, and customer technical stakeholders to manage project scope, priorities, deliverables, risks/issues, and timelines for successful customer outcomes. ▪ Support Sales teams in pursuit of key business opportunities, engaging customers to address aspects of the data lifecycle. ▪ Prepare and deliver product overview in an effort to highlight the solution's value proposition, using techniques that include whiteboard and slide presentations, product demonstrations, white papers, and RFI response documents. ▪ Work with the team to identify and qualify business opportunities, identify key customer technical objections, and develop the strategy to resolve technical blockers and impediments to transactions. ▪ Work with customer engineers for technical aspects of solutions, including such activities as supporting bid responses, product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and the coordination of supporting technical resources.
