• Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
• Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
• Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules with the top management. • Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.
• Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged. • Generate monthly updates for company’s leadership about upcoming talent acquisition initiatives.
• Communicate regularly with HR department to get a clear view of company’s hiring needs & goals. • Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; and emphasizing benefits and perks.
• Generating & submitting necessary HR reports & suggest ideas to improve talent acquisition activities.
