Began the AIDP program as a case worker and quickly took the helm of the program as the director. Successfully redesigned and implement a new program to meet the needs of the students and the parents within the program. Received numerous accolades as one of the most successful program in New York City. Insomuch as the funding and monitoring agency for the program was able to use my newly designed model as a new way forward. Constantly meet and exceeded program deadlines and requirements, serving almost 30% more than the required cohort, and maintaining on a monthly basis over 50% more contacts than is required.
