Ensure all balance sheet accounts are appropriately reconciled; review key business cycles to ensure appropriate controls and procedures are in place. Cash-flow management and control - operating cash flow and accuracy of forecast cash flow through tighter control over credit collection and over operational costs and yet ensure bank accounts are administered with effective control through review of reconciliation and cash flow analysis. Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, company secretary, government bodies and other parties on audit, taxation, statistics and other financial and compliance matters. Using Auto Count System for accounting and IRS Post for retail business.
