Nov. 2024Chiang Mai, Thailand- Guide new customers (i.e.- CTOs', Solution Architects, Engineers) with technical "Proof Of Concept" projects and ensure a smooth technical onboarding journey for using the Iron Software Libraries. - Troubleshoot and fix real-time customer issues of the Iron Libraries related to scaling and infrastructure management in complex systems. - Lead the technical support team to ensure customer issues are handled live via on-call shifts. - Engage with the Deployment Team for fixing bugs, prioritizing feature requests and planning development sprints. - Create issue analysis and performance benchmarking reports for development team, to prevent outage and improve product performance.
