Over the course of my time at Omah, we launched our beta and reached over 3000 members, closed our pre-Seed round, and went from a team of 3 to 20 spanning across product, marketing, and operations.

One of the major products that I was involved in was the "OTA Powerplay". Product Summary: Most OTA channels provide the feature to improve a property's rank inorganically for a higher commission. OTA Powerplay consolidated these different variations and productized them as a single marketing opportunity for our partners to opt-in to using OYO OS (web-platform for partners) and Co-OYO (mobile application for partners). Responsibilities: + Understanding how the 'rank booster' feature works on different OTA channels + Combining similar features into packages, customized on a country-level + Communicating these features with multiple engineering and design stakeholders + Scaling the product to over 15,000+ properties across 7+ countries + Driving feature adoption by 50%+ partners with ~25% paid adoptions (including Free Trial execution) + Deploying multiple customized and inter-dependent CRMs, telesales, and product-led campaigns
