Share sales updates vs targets. • Managing and tracking the marketing budget spend. • Be responsible for managing residential products P&L in line with targets. • Data management and reporting in SAP (including electronic order processing) • Coordinate with Department Head and Supply Chain Team to ensure availability of goods. • Coordinate with appointed service provider on the clearing and subsequent delivery of incoming goods. • Process, support, submit and follow up on customer orders with timely response to customer complaints, inquiries and claims. • Facilitate financial processes e.g. credit limit, goods returned and customers credit with continuous attention to allocated customers back orders and credit limit.
