Good morning, During the last 27 years, I have had experience in a wide variety of projects. In the UK, I started as a Labourer and progressed as a Carpenter to the position of Trade Foreman. I worked on several interesting and challenging Turn-key fit-out projects in the UK, Harrods of London – London, Stratford Station - London Stratford, Stevenage Police Station - Stevenage, Birmingham Orthopaedic Ward - Birmingham Hospital, to name but a few. On my return to South Africa in 2010, I received the following employment through various companies, and the positions that I was employed for are the following: Finishing Foreman, Installation Manager and Site Manager before finding a place with Cementation Africa, as Construction Supervisor. During the past 14 years, I have gained experience as a Construction Supervisor, Plant Operator, Civil Construction Supervisor, Civil Construction Foreman, Engineering Construction Foreman and Relieving Site Superintendent on various contracts with Cementation Africa. At Cementation Africa, during the past 9 years, I have had the privilege to work on the following projects from ground up: Grout Plant Foreman at Rowland Shaft – Responsibility of the Operational and Engineering of the grout plant contract and Contractual Obligations as set out in the Client Scope of Work. Civil Construction Foreman at Glencore Kroondal - Civil Construction of collar, Bulkhead civil construction, Bulkhead steel construction (91 Tons) and ore pass lining and support (Silo lining), from project initiation to project completion and submitting all required documentation for final handover to client.
