Apr. 2020 - Aug. 2021Performing all or some of the following duties in both roles with varying levels of responsibility: • Providing comprehensive facilities support for banking operations, including complete interior and exterior building structure and grounds maintenance • Managing building and property maintenance function • Establishing, implementing and overseeing effective systems, processes and controls • Implementing and overseeing reactive and proactive maintenance programmes including preventative and predictive maintenance • Evaluating and mitigating risks • Asset management, performing asset lifecycle analysis and reporting • Supervising, coaching, training, motivating and mentoring personnel, setting clear goals and expectations, providing relevant feedback and discipline as required • Customer service and liaison, building strong working relationships and effective communication channels with vendors, external suppliers and other key stakeholders • Resolving complaints and enquiries • Producing various reports, presentations, analyses, correspondence and other documentation • Performing as a strong leader of a cohesive team with strict enforcement of health, safety and statutory regulations, quality standards, governance processes and compliance requirements
