Sep. 2023In my role as a Gender Mainstreaming, Conflict, Mental Health & Trauma-Informed Support, Diversity & Inclusion Consultant, I led transformative conflict management training for 96 participants, enhancing gender sensitivity and community approaches. Additionally, I enhanced the capacity of 35 mentors on Conflict related sexual violence, Mental health, Trauma and Counselling. Spearheading disability inclusion workshops for 60 health practitioners improved health care access across 10 communities. In line with my passion, I Co-Planned and Facilitated group activities with a CBO such as games, arts and crafts, music, soft aerobic sessions for 30 Elderly persons to promote mental stimulation, physical health, and social interaction. Core to all this, is my expertise and work around inclusive community engagement, engaging the community on inclusive community engagement and participation carrying everyone along with a voice at the table
