We also developed and implemented the UD vehicle handover app, implemented the global S&OP process for the UD brand, inventory management, delivery process for all export markets and created the used trucks process for South Africa and Thailand. We have secured a logistics cost saving of 0.5 MUSD per year and reduced the order to delivery lead-time from 16 to 12 weeks improving the cash flow and the delivery to final customer.
