Apr. 1996 - Mar. 2021London, United Kingdom, Dallas, Texas & Buenos Aires, ArgentinaMy goal: enrich the employee experience via enabling the talent development activities. In retrospect, I am proud that one of my greatest achievements at Insala was leading the acquisition of Trend Data People Analytics; our first Artificial Intelligence transaction. Engagements were primarily with leading, global organizations, supporting their efforts to positively transform their workforce. This was my core life project, for 25 years. My days as Founder, President and CEO, successfully ended in 2021. From day one through my successfully negotiated exit we as a team strived for excellence. For 25 years the company aided the digitization of global career management, coaching, mentoring, alumni and career transition ssectors of professional human development. I performed as lead consultant on major projects with 3 of the global Big 4 firms. They licensed my methodology, SAAS technology and our services for decades. Consultancies, governments, telecom, banking, consumer goods, media/marketing, insurance, healthcare, transportation, higher education and technology companies; In all, more than 2,500,000 individuals and 10,000 companies received services, content and technology during my years as CEO. I received distinguished Awards from the industry for my years of dedication including the President’s Lifetime Achievement Award from the Association of Careers Professionals International. This is considered the top award given by the global careers & coaching industry at that time. After a lengthy non-compete which expired August 2021, I am embarking on a new journey: Coaching 2100, #OnTargetResults #CoachingForTheFutuee My new clients benefit from my innovative approach and ability to bring higher meaning to high performance. #CEO #AI #PredictiveAnalytics #Prescriptive Analytics #SaaS #EmployeeExperience #Mentoring #Coaching #CareerDevelopment #Assessment #CareerTransition #Strategy #innovation #artificialintelligence
