Recruitment & Employer Branding (70%): - Assist Head of Talent Acquisition on HR Projects such as Management Trainee, Funding Sales Project, Job Evaluation Project, Employer Branding and so on. - Take charge of setting up Talent Acquisition System in which controls Headcount, Recruitment Request, Candidate Pool and also conducts Recruitment Reports weekly, monthly & yearly. - Building up candidate pools for TAS System, connecting with many other headhunter company and other HR network. - Be in roles of searching CVs, phone screening & interacting with candidates face to face along with Recruitment Supervisor and Hiring Manager. - Support Recruitment Team Leader on Sourcing Strategy, Recruitment Pipelines and so on. - Issued weekly, monthly and quarterly recruitment reports for BOD and analyze the recruitment status also the changes in Headcounts. 2. Talent Acquisition Operation (30%): - Assists Recruitment Support Team Leader in the manpower recruitment planning process, workforce planning, recruitment budget control and so on. - Works closely with other departments to identify recruitment needs and consults on departments recruitment plan if necessary. - Manages, checks and controls departments’s recruitment request based on yearly approval headcount. - Assist Recruitment Support Team Leader in designing, developing and maintaining the recruitment process including establishment of job advertisements and collection of forms; checks and maintains documentation and references; and prepares for other recruitment material. - Acts as coordinator in the selection & employment process (e.g. writing/editing job descriptions, processing applications, administering/evaluating tests, etc.)
