Oct. 2017 - Dec. 2019Costa Rica, EscazúResponsible for designing and driving programs between the various Global Service and Support teams in the different geographical theatres (North America, EMEA, and APAC) and the Management of cross-vertical programs and metrics for the industry verticals. Part of the job responsibilities were: Help to the team on projects addressing business strategy and on-going operations. Develop processes, protocols and documents for effective standardization for different teams, functional units and verticals. Identify areas of risk and opportunity, manage conflicts, and collaboratively create mutually acceptable solutions. And communicate program status, decisions, actions, as well as risk areas and mitigation plans. Managed Programs: * Akamai University for Customers: Manage all the needed tasks to ensure the customers will receive the requested trainings offered by the program portfolio. Plan the year schedule, coordinate custom trainings and special big events, find trainers for each class, coordinate operative tasks: Create virtual rooms, manage providers payments, send weekly and monthly reports, keep schedule updated in files and ACC, coordinate marketing strategies and content updates. Find risks and gaps in the current process and mitigate, plan and improved the needed aspects. * Mergers & Acquisitions: Help to the team to manage the integration of the Business support, services, technical support process for the acquired companies (Emphasis in the technical part). Define core teams, create integration plans, define the main milestones and timelines, manage the people, process and systems integrations, coordinate the system configurations and migrations, define the communication overall program plan, create needed documents and reports, lead and track the core team meetings, define a cutover plan and manage the program closure.
