Initiate and manage transactions in GSM, including procurement of goods and services, and follow up on the receipt of deliverables and completion of payments. • Compile background materials for planning, monitoring, and evaluation activities, including mini-reviews; maintain and organize both digital and physical filing systems for technical documents and correspondence. • Serve as the primary liaison between WHO (Country, Regional, and HQ levels) and Egyptian government institutions, facilitating the organization of regional and global meetings and conferences involving both parties. • Support the development of Procurement Plans for projects and ensure timely processing of payments for all expenditures in line with the WHE plan and the Sudan crisis response. • Oversee the implementation of Audit (CRM) recommendations concerning project management and procurement activities, ensuring compliance at all levels. • Prepare, review, and submit budgets related to different modalites,; monitor open purchase orders and resolution of pending encumbrances.

Luanched the Campaign (#ضحك_ولعب_وحب) in Egypt. The project\campaign objective is to leverage and test the potential of digital approaches to provide parents/caregivers and early childhood educators – female and male - in COVID-affected communities with information and education aimed at strengthening their knowledge, confidence and skills for coping, self-care and the nurturing care of young girls and boys. The project is implemented until July 2022 in 6 program units, targeting 15,000 parent/caregiver and children aged between 3 to 12 focusing on gender, positive parenting, advocating for girl’s rights and promoting a healthy livelihood environment for children by testing and raising awareness for the child and parent. - Created Risk Assessment Matrix by identifying, analyzing and prioritizing the related risks; Then prepared a proper action plan to mitigate these risks; Designed and created guidance files to guide the promoters by preparing a training sessions to train them implementing the project across the 7 governorates. - Tested and measured the digital maturity of 6000 parent/caregiver in coordination with MEAL officers by conducting a formative research that identifies the future possibility to increase approaching families digitally. - Modified, translated, contextualized and reviewed the English material design of the project and train the facilitators of the project on the material; In addition to coordinating with the administrative and logistic teams. - Coordinated with the project’s focal points to create a consolidated data base with the contacts of the families and coordinate with the communications Manager to launch an online campaign targets and measures parental engagement.
