The outcome was a complete change in the day-to-day work of each and every employ, allowing, for the first time, to actually value the cost of work and better bidding for new projects. • Planed procurement, supply chain and inventory management processes ended in a consistent reduction in daily cost. • Changed the cost centre budgeting method in which the projects were based on, moved from Project Level Cost Centres (Macro) to Site Missions (Micro) – the change allowed us to better assess progress and costs, the ability to better allocate the company resources, and to identify strong and weak points.
