Detailed Engineering design of 12 slot gas lift manifold system (ANSI 900), routing of gas lift flow lines with all appurtenances from wellhead slots to gas lift manifolds, pipe modelling of platform process piping using AVEVA PDMS and preparation of specifications, Material take-offs, datasheets, Equipment and specialty equipment lis 2. Redesign of flow lines process and manifold system to accommodate the increased wellhead shut-in tubing pressure. Design of gaslift system for a new triplex wellhead and flow line routing from wellhead to manifold. Extension of existing firewater lines using fiberbond pipes, to cover the new well area including close/open drain systems to cover the new slots area. Prepared specifications, material take-offs, datasheets, equipment and specialty equipment list 3. Feasibility Studies for Single Point Mooring able to discharge marine vessels of 85,000 DWT, 16” Multi-Product Sub-Sea Pipeline (PMS, AGO, DPK), design Flow Rate of 800 m3/hour., onshore facility containing Power Generation, Booster Pumps, Ultrasonic Metering System, Pipeline Leak Detection System, Firewater System, Control Room, Cathodic Protection System for Pipeline, SCADA, Telecommunication, and Automation. 4. Redesign of platform process flowlines and manifold system to accommodate increased wellhead SITP. Review and validation of detailed Mechanical/Piping Engineering design activities previously conducted for client including, but not limited to: Gas lift & gas injections lines, blow down lines, and offshore platforms firewater lines. Piping isometric drawings, MTO’s and preparation of new drawings suitable for fabrication of new and modified piping, welding procedure, NDE and coating requirements were also prepared. 5. Feasibility studies for multi-product pipeline spanning approximately 8km complete with pumps stations, pigging facilities, valve station and instrumentation and controls
