Project Elixir positions Kettle & Fire for long-term growth and empowers us to capture emerging market opportunities. • Profitability and Quality Optimization: Increased profitability by 20% while rigorously maintaining product quality, underscoring our commitment to excellence. • Efficiency and Yield Gains: Improved production efficiency by 11% and yield by 21%, demonstrating our focus on continuous improvement • Supply Chain Reliability: Increased supply consistency by 30% and reduced premium ingredient costs by 6%, ensuring a sustainable sourcing framework At Kettle & Fire, we strive not only to meet standards but to redefine them.
