My professional background is characterized by long-standing and solid experience in Accounting, Payroll Management, and Human Resources (HR) in Luxembourg. 1. Accounting (2012 – 2025) I was recently employed as an Accounted until June 2025. My main responsibilities included comprehensive accounting for the business, such as processing cash accounts, recording and paying supplier invoices, creating and posting client invoices, managing reminders and liaising with debt collection, bank accounting, and internal invoicing. I also prepared all necessary documentation for the auditors. A significant part of my work involved organizing the goal to go paperless, which included scanning and converting paper documents into electronic files (PDF, TIFF, etc.). Additionally, I supported the secretarial department with updating permanent files and document tracking. I utilized the Deco+ and Accountix software. 2. Experience in Payroll Management (2008 – 2012) Prior to this, I worked as a Payroll Manager for client portfolios at two fiduciary companies: • Fiduciaire Central du Luxembourg salaires et social s.a. (2011 – 2012): Here, I was a Manager responsible for client payroll portfolios and offered support on labor law, CCSS (social security), and taxation issues. • Fiduciaire Linster Roger Expert Comptable (2008 – 2011): I also managed client payroll portfolios here, handled contact with administrative authorities for file follow-up, and provided support on labor law, employment contracts, social security, and taxation. In both positions, I used the SOFTKIS SM3 software. 3. Human Resources and Payroll (2003 – 2008) My career began at SCHNELL-FEIN BUILDING SERVICE SARL-HOWALD: • Personnel Service (HR) (2003 – 2008): I was responsible for the salary and payroll administration for 110 employees.
