Rechtien Consult is about helping business owners and leadership teams break through plateaus and build companies that run and grow without them. I work from the inside, not as a distant consultant. On a weekly basis, I partner closely with owners and leadership teams—especially in trades, manufacturing, and operationally complex businesses—to bring structure, clarity, and disciplined execution into the day-to-day reality of the company. My work combines a proven operating-system mindset with deep executive coaching. We simplify strategy, clarify roles and accountability, establish strong meeting rhythms, and turn goals into consistent action. At the same time, I coach leaders on how they think, decide, and lead—because real scale only happens when the leadership team grows along with the business. The result is not theory or binders on a shelf. It’s durable habits, better decisions, healthier teams, and predictable execution. Owners gain confidence that the business is no longer dependent on them for every decision, and leaders step into their roles with clarity and ownership. In short, I help people who are betting on themselves move from stuck and reactive to focused, scalable, and in control—with a business that supports the life they want, not one that runs them.
