May. 2025 - Sep. 2025At Project Human City, I serve as the operational lead for content strategy and rollout of the Humans Talk podcast across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn. I built the brand’s social media distribution system entirely from scratch—establishing visual identity, platform-specific workflows, and tiered content hierarchies linking longform podcast episodes to reels, shorts, and microcontent. I create agile publishing calendars informed by data insights from Hootsuite. My role bridges strategy, execution, and design—guiding SEO metadata, psychographic persona targeting, video editing, and branded storytelling across five distinct podcast themes. I also collaborate with senior leadership to shape campaign messaging, timing, and delivery for maximum cross-platform impact. Key Accomplishments: Built the end-to-end content distribution strategy from the ground up, launching a new podcast brand across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn with no pre-existing presence. Boosted the social performance score to 690/1000 within weeks through optimized cadence, caption strategy, and formatting. Achieved a 224% increase in impressions in one week by tailoring content to Gen Z/Millennial audience behaviour. Designed production workflows enabling consistent weekly output of reels, shorts, and episodic clips with a lean team. Developed and executed scalable, tiered content hierarchies to drive engagement and guide multi-platform growth.
