-Utilise a range of evidence-based techniques such as soft tissue therapy, joint mobilisations, corrective exercise, and holistic approaches
Program Development:
-Design and deliver specialised programs, including the Fit and 50 Program for seniors, sports injury rehabilitation, and corporate fitness initiatives
-Lead research and innovation projects, such as integrating dance for chronic pain management and manual therapy research
Business Operations:
-Oversee all aspects of clinic operations, including scheduling, resource management, financial planning, and facility maintenance
-Manage marketing, brand development, and community engagement through digital channels, events, and partnerships
-Coordinate space hire for external practitioners and facilitate the use of studio, gym, and treatment rooms
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
-Foster a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment by working closely with other allied health professionals, personal trainers, and community organisations
-Mentor students, and junior practitioners, and supporting their professional growth and clinical skills development
Customer Relations:
-Deliver high-quality, client-centred care with a focus on building trust and long-term relationships
-Handle customer enquiries, support, and feedback personally, ensuring a friendly and responsive service experience
Continuous Professional Development:
-Stay current with advances in allied health, manual therapy, and clinical research through ongoing education and training
-Contribute to professional networks, research presentations, and knowledge-sharing initiatives
