Prepared financial projections/forecasts for the PBG programme to track grant disbursement progress. •Successfully commissioned 75 mini-grids nationwide, providing clean, reliable power to ~28,000 households/MSMEs. Managed the programme's application process, leading to 79 successful applicants, with a project pipeline of 227 sites and 223,375 connections. •Liaised with critical stakeholders including, Critical Government Agencies, Ministries and Regulatory bodies, towards the ease of obtaining necessary certifications/permits for Mini-Grid Projects. •Organized and coordinated quarterly stakeholder meetings with the developer and other relevant stakeholders (financiers, Gov Agencies etc.), leading to the betterment of project implementation based on feedback from participants. •Successfully disbursed USD 17.4 Million under the PBG programme and developed online filing and inventory systems for the NEP, facilitating efficient workflow. •Created templates for project performance and progress reports periodically to guide decision-making by senior management. Developed project trackers for Mini-grid PBG projects.
