My specific role is to chart and execute Kodak's online and mobile imaging strategy across Greater Asia. The responsibility includes a multi-million dollar P&L, 15 professional, multi-cultural direct report, matrix-managed internal relationships and exec-level partnerships. The strategic vision delivers an online & wireless platform for consumers to take better pictures, keep them safe on Kodak platforms and share with friends on multiple devices. While executing this role, I have negotiated with partners such as China Mobile, Sina.com, Google, Microsoft, Hutchinson 3, and SingTel.
