In particular, the approach to career development and talent identification. This included a detailed implementation plan to embed this change in the organisation as well as a communication strategy to grow internal mobility and reduce attention by creating transparency of roles within the organisation for colleagues through the Career Framework. • Led the day to day running of the Career Framework team and managed all stakeholder groups (including ExCo) to ensure the successful embedding of job and reward architecture. • Programme managed the technical implementation of the framework into Workday, which underpins recruiting, development, reward, promotions, location strategy and workforce planning for the entire organisation. • Executed the end-to-end refresh of the framework, including engagement and management of 700+ business stakeholders, facilitation of workshops, detailed review of 1100 job profiles, creation of the organisation’s skills taxonomy and matrices as well as the mapping of 36.000 colleagues, positions and requisitions against the framework. • Successfully launched and communicated an external Talent Marketplace platform supporting career development to 24.000 colleagues across the global organisation.
