Jan. 2024 - Apr. 2026Coordinate the effective and efficient management of our portfolio of client projects, ensuring that account managers develop appropriate plans and that they are delivered successfully Manage and take responsibility for internal improvements within our various systems and processes for managing budgets, time allocations, HR-related issues etc. With team leaders, ensure projects have the human resources required, including sourcing and managing people as needed, resolving scheduling conflicts etc. Responsible for staff growth, and performance reviews Resource allocation and sourcing new talent, hiring and onboarding Working with Lushomo's director in and independently on business development, oversee quoting on new business, including liaising with clients to determine project scope, and assisting account managers with the development and use of quotes and contracts Assist account managers with client engagement, and participate and/or serve as the business representative in client meetings Hold the standard for quality assurance on projects with regard to client expectations, client satisfaction, and adherence to client parameters (style guidelines, etc.) Resolve problems when required and ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.
