Also ensure that all faults on the desktop or network problems are resolved as soon as possible. - Preparation and rollout of all desktops, laptops, printers, network and other IT devices ensuring that they are operating correctly according to specifications - Analyzing user requirements and network requirements and also implementing changes as and when network expands. - Hardware support and servicing of IT and communications equipment. - Supporting other IT personnel in providing a reliable and efficient user, network and IT environment. - Manage all end user needs e.g equipment, problems and other IT related issues. - Successfully managing the design, implementation and maintenance of all aspects of the communication network (Data and Voice) - Planning and executing projects, providing, providing the necessary diagrams, documentation, reporting and support. - Compiling and implementing all needed standards, procedures and policies. - Communicating and maintaining up-to-date, accurate documentation for passwords, diagrams, security etc. - Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and offer viable reccommendations. - Effectively log, manage and communicate any issues and communicate escalating issues in timely manner. - Mentor and train new hires and existing staff as required. - Work strictly according to LMC policy and procedures
